How do I report a bug?

Email hello@fasha.world with a short description of what happened and your device and OS version. Screenshots help.

How do I delete my account?

Email us at hello@fasha.world with the subject "Delete my account" and we will permanently remove your account and all associated data within 7 days.

How do I request a refund?

Purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund. You can also email us and we'll help guide you through the process.

Is my photo data safe?

Yes. Your photos are only used for AI try-on processing and are not retained by any AI provider after generation. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how face and clothing photo data is handled.

How do I use the virtual try-on?

Open the Studio tab, upload a full-body photo as your model, add clothing items to your closet, then tap "Generate Fit" to try on an outfit. The in-app tutorial walks you through each step on first launch.

My try-on result doesn't look right. What should I do?

Make sure your model photo is a clear, well-lit full-body image with a simple background. Clothing items work best when photographed flat or on a plain background. If issues persist, email us.
